Celebrating Over Two Decades of Service: Cllr Clive Green Honoured at Drefach Welfare Hall
Gorslas Community Council recently hosted a special evening of celebration at Drefach Welfare Hall to mark the retirement of Councillor Clive Green, who has served the community with distinction for more than 20 years.
The event brought together fellow councillors and community representatives to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation for Cllr Green’s unwavering commitment, leadership, and dedication to public service. His contributions have helped shape the council’s work across generations, leaving a lasting legacy of integrity and progress.
Council Chair Cllr Kevin Jones paid tribute to Cllr Green’s long-standing service, noting his “steadfast support for the community and tireless efforts to improve local life.”
